Move beyond
the scale gauge.

The existing system made vessel-wide tank levels hard to read and act upon. Monitor Systems surveyed the installation and preserved the redundancy that is vital to the asset.

The result is a modern HMI-led gauging system that brings accurate tank volumes, alarm visibility and a practical future expansion path into one control environment.

Redundancy
you can see.

An ET 200SP PLC and I/O platform processes ballast pressure measurements and calculates smooth, accurate tank volumes for the vessel crew.

  • 21 ballast tanks fitted with primary and backup sensing
  • 45 tank pressure sensors monitored by the PLC
  • TP1900 Comfort HMI with on-screen and audible alarms
  • Lloyd’s Register design approval

Surveyed, installed
and proven afloat.

Monitor Systems engineers and technicians completed the survey, design, installation and functional commissioning as one controlled delivery.
