01 · The challenge
Buffering and carbonation need reliable control while production continues around them. The brewery required a compact, purpose-built package that could be installed safely and commissioned cleanly on site.
Monitor Systems supplied the control panels, variable-speed drive, instrumentation and cabling before taking responsibility for installation, testing and certification.

PLC control
A PLC-based control system was installed to manage the process duties around beer buffering and carbonation in the brewery.
Drive + field layer
The installation combined a new Danfoss variable-speed drive with the new field instrumentation and cables needed to connect the plant.
Installation assurance
Monitor Systems technicians carried the work from survey through installation and commissioning, ensuring the new circuits and controls were fully function tested.
