Replace the risk.
Keep the process moving.

After the failure of an existing panel, the operation needed a dependable route to replace five legacy panels and add a sixth to support process-line expansion.

The existing equipment included discontinued components, and some panels were unsuited to their hazardous-area locations. Monitor Systems surveyed the factory and produced a compact, certified, automation-ready replacement package.

Control + monitoring

Clear local control for the equipment that matters

Each new panel is equipped with a PLC and door-mounted HMI, enabling automatic and manual operation of heaters, pumps and extractors alongside setup of automatic control parameters.

PLCpanel-level automation
  • Robust standalone monitoring and control at each panel
  • User-friendly HMI access for plant equipment
  • Advanced diagnostic data available at the control layer

A safer factory.
A stronger platform.

By moving from obsolete hardware to documented PLC and HMI panels, Subdrill gains practical control today and a more flexible automation pathway tomorrow.
