Tender vessel · Drilling data acquisition

TENDER DRILLING DAQ.
One operation. One data picture.

A connected data-acquisition system that gives the tender vessel, drilling package and people at each station the same live operational picture.

Make distance
operationally invisible.

A tender-assist drilling operation has vital signals distributed between the vessel and the rig. Torque, RPM, pressure, flow and safety information must arrive where decisions are being made.

Monitor Systems engineered the automation, fibre links and human interfaces as one data-acquisition environment—built around the working roles that rely on it.

Drilling signals,
shared with purpose.

Siemens automation and a fibre backbone connect the tender-side process enclosure, rig-side inputs, a central SCADA server and tailored operator stations.

  • Rig-side acquisition for torque, RPM, standpipe pressure and mud flow
  • Tender PLC, I/O, HMI and fibre integration in a purpose-built enclosure
  • Stations for the driller, toolpusher, OIM, mud logger and company representative
  • Six H₂S and six combustible-gas detectors integrated into the system

From live signal
to usable context.

The delivery brings field inputs, data handling and screens together so each user receives the view and alarm awareness needed for their role.
